Programs have been set up specifically to assist new staff to develop skills which will hold them in good stead to hold key positions within the firm in the future. They are integrated into work teams where, under the guidance of their senior colleagues, they progressively improve their abilities and professional prospects, both through structured training and coaching activities and through the informal processes of on-the-job experience.
Trainees principally carry out analysis and evaluation as well as drafting documentation under the supervision of other team members. From the outset, our trainees are encouraged to acquire ever more independence in dealing with clients and client representatives, thus acquiring the necessary skills to obtain their practice qualification. Training courses and in-depth analysis of complex issues are also offered to that end.
