Tax Trainee – Bologna

Studio Pirola is looking for a Tax Trainee to join its Bologna office, with the following roles and responsibilities:

  • Providing tax advice on domestic and international tax matters
  • Compliance work
  • Providing advice on company law issues
  • Handling tax litigation proceedings

Necessary requisites for this position are:

  • Degree in Economics; self-employment contract
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Team-working skills

A training program will be implemented to prepare new recruits to the State exam to be admitted to practice as “Dottore Commercialista” (Chartered Accountant) and “Revisore Legale” (Auditor).

Junior Legal – Bologna

Studio Pirola is looking for a Junior Legal to join its Bologna office with the following roles and responsibilities:

The candidate will join a team whose practice covers the following areas:

  • Commercial law
  • Company law
  • Corporate Compliance (with particular regard to data protection issues and organizational models pursuant to legislative decree 231/2001)
  • M&As
  • Civil litigation

Requirements:

  • 1-to-3-year experience in a similar capacity at professional Firm
  • Law degree
  • Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
  • Teamwork skills
